Refunds

** IMPORTANT NOTICE – We cannot accept returns of any Disney tickets once they have been issued to you **

Unused tickets that have NOT been registered online may be returned to us for a full refund less an admin/restocking fee of 10% of the total order. Please allow 30 days to allow for verification that tickets have not been used. Partially used tickets will not be refunded.

EU customers have seven days to cancel an order, counting from the day your new items are delivered or are available for pick-up.  The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition. Remember that if you do cancel after your purchase has been shipped, you’ll have to pay your postage costs of returning your items to us.  After 7 days tickets and vouchers may be returned to us for a full refund less an admin/restocking fee of 10% of the total order. Please allow 30 days to allow for verification that tickets have not been used. Partially used tickets will not be refunded.

Cancelled Orders
Providing that tickets have not been shipped, tickets may be cancelled less a $25 (£12) handling fee.

Lost Tickets
Refunds cannot be given on lost tickets. Replacement tickets will only be issued if the original tickets can be electronically cancelled.

Returned Tickets

Lost Vouchers
Refunds cannot be given on lost vouchers. Replacement vouchers will only be issued if the original vouchers can be electronically cancelled.

Returned Vouchers
Vouchers returned unused are subject to an administrative/restocking fee of 10% of the total order.Refunds are only available where an attractions admission voucher has NOT been exchanged at the guest service window of the relevant attraction.

Requesting A Refund

To request a refund, you should send the unused tickets/admission vouchers and a signed letter from the credit card holder via certified mail, briefly explaining the circumstances. Send it along with your name and address to:
