Universal Orlando Resort
Universal Orlando Resort includes Universal's family of theme parks, hotels, and entertainment complexes.
It has developed into a world-class destination including 3 amazing theme parks: Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure, & Volcano Bay. A dining and night-time entertainment complex CityWalk completes the mix, along with several superb on-site hotels.
How to Get to Universal Orlando Resort
Getting to Universal Orlando Resort is easy. Universal Boulevard runs right into International Drive or you can approach from either direction on I-4. You'll leave your vehicle in a massive multi-story parking lot (write down where you park!). Then a series of escalators and moving walkways deliver you to the entrance of CityWalk. Once you've strolled shopped or eaten your way through CityWalk, you can either bear left to Universal's Islands of Adventure or head to the right and aim straight for Universal Studios. (You can easily walk between these 2 theme parks in just a few minutes which is unusual for Orlando.)
Guests heading for Volcano Bay (who are not staying at a Universal Resort Hotel ) will get a shuttle bus to the water park from the main parking garage. Universal Resort Hotel guests get a free shuttle to Volcano Bay directly from their hotel.

A 4th Universal Orlando Theme Park Is In The Works
Universal Orlando have confirmed that they are indeed opening a 4th theme park to be called Universal’s Epic Universe. It will be Universal Orlando Resorts biggest investment thus far and the word on the street is that it’s going to be way more than ‘just another park’ .
Useful Tips
Get to the two biggest Universal parks as early as you can. At Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure you will likely see more in the first couple of hours than you will all afternoon when the crowds reach their peak.
Pick up a park map and entertainment schedule upon arrival – take a few moments to read it and plan your day to include some ‘sit-down’ shows (your feet will appreciate it!).
Lockers are available at Universal Orlando Resort and you can also rent strollers and wheelchairs if needed.
Operating hours vary from park to park and season to season – you can call (407) 363-8000 for information or to be connected to any location on Universal property.
For Universal Dining we strongly recommend making a reservation by calling (407) 224-WALK.
