Disney Ultimate tickets (UK & Ireland only) are specific for use any time for the year you purchase them. For example, a 2020 ticket would be valid for use at any point before the 31st December 2020. Worldwide Disney tickets are available in two formats, date specific tickets and flexible date tickets. A flexible date ticket is similar to the Ultimate tickets in that it is valid to start using any time for the year you purchase for. A date specific ticket requires you to provide a date for your first visit. Based on the date provided, the number of admission days you require will determine the expiry date of the ticket.
No. Once a Disney ticket has been allocated to you and you pass through the turnstile that ticket is non-transferable. Biometric information is collected and used to determine correct usage of tickets.
No. There are no longer any Disney tickets available that have indefinite expiration date.
Disney tickets use RFID technology. MagicBands and RFID admission tickets use this technology to allow you to touch to enter your Disney Resort hotel room and the Walt Disney World parks, make purchases at select locations, and access the FastPass+ attractions and shows you’ve selected.
No. Disney tickets do not sell out. However, parks can reach capacity at peak times of the year.
Certain tickets can be upgraded at Walt Disney World Guest Services. For example, if you have a 3 day ticket and wanted an additional day then this is something that can be done locally. Any charges are calculated and charged directly by Walt Disney World Resort.
Disney tickets are like cash and should be treated with great care once they have been issued to you. Should you lose your tickets before you travel or in resort then you need to contact us as a matter of urgency and we will assist as best as we can to get them replaced for you. We keep copies of all tickets issued to our guests. We also recommend taking your own copies of the reverse of the ticket just in case.
