There’s no shortage of magic in Orlando this summer as WonderWorks celebrates the 25th anniversary of “The Outta Control Magic Comedy Dinner Show” . The show began in 2000 and has become one of the longest-running dinner shows in Orlando. It has been seen by millions of guests from around the world over the years.
“Crazy to think ourshow has been running for 25 years! I am honored to have performed thousands upon thousands of shows in this theater,” said Tony Brent, the headlining magician at The Outta Control Magic Comedy Dinner Show. When the show opened its doors in 2000, it was called “Night of Wonder” and was held in the Shazam Theater on the first floor of the upside-down building. While the show and theater names may have changed, the show has been running ever since and is still a popular draw among tourists and locals alike. It’s a family-friendly show, making it a good option for those anywhere from 1 to 100 who want to have a fun experience and create memories together.
Audiences are constantly amazed by the sleight-of-hand tricks, illusions, mind readings, and more. They don’t just watch the show; they becomea part of it with engaging audience participation. The Outta Control experience stars the amazing Tony Brent, a one-man cast of dozens. He combines a mixture of amazing magic, impersonations, and high-energy improvisational comedy to thoroughly entertain audiences of all ages. The show also features performances on select nights by Scott Humston, Phillip Kaiser, Matt Marberry, and Jimmy Rook. Shows often sell out, so advanced reservations are recommended.
