It’s nearly that Universal Mardi Gras time of year again! The event is set to return from Feb. 3 through April 7, 2024, promising guests a journey through the flavors and traditions of Carnaval celebrations from around the world. Visitors can join the party at Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval for nonstop fun with global eats, music beats and floats parading down the streets!
The streets of Universal Studios Florida come alive with fantastic floats inspired by New Orleans and Carnaval celebrations around the globe, including all-new Elements floats.
Savor the Carnaval flavors from around the globe and dig into chicken Schnitzel, Chilaquiles Verdes and Beignets for days*.
It wouldn’t be Universal Mardi Gras without live music from some of your guest’s favorite artists like DJ Khaled, Ava Max, Luis Fonsi, and more.

The concerts are held at Universal Studios Florida’s Music Plaza stage, near the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit roller coaster toward the front of the park. Shows begin at 8:30 p.m.
