Opening Dates For Disney’s Frozen Ride…

Orlando Attractions Update –  Princesses everywhere are rejoicing as Disney have announced that Epcot visitors will be able to stop over in Arendelle as of June 21 – my daughter will be ecstatic!

The Frozen attraction, built in park’s World Showcase on the former site of the Maelstrom ride, will be joined by the neighboring Royal Sommerhus, where visitors will be able to meet Elsa and Anna, the royal sisters from Disney’s blockbuster animated film, “Frozen.”

In the Frozen Ever After boat ride, guests will see the Summer Snow Day celebration, Troll Valley, North Mountain, Elsa’s Ice Palace and other Arendelle sights.

The general Frozen area, located in the Norway pavilion of Epcot, will open at 9 a.m. daily, unlike the bulk of World Showcase, which opens at 11 a.m. (Future World, the front of the park, opens at 9 a.m.)

FastPass+ will be available for the ride but not for the Elsa and Anna meet and greets.

Also announced were opening dates for a variety of  new attractions:

“Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire,” a stage show at Cinderella Castle, will debut at Magic Kingdom on June 17.
