Support Give Kids the World Village and savor holiday magic November 13th, 2020 – January 3rd, 2021 at the Night of a Million Lights Holiday Spectacular!
For this special holiday event benefitting Give Kids the World, the villas and buildings along the Village’s avenue will be covered in over one million lights, and guests will have the opportunity to walk down the avenue and be surrounded in the magic. The event will also feature a 150-foot lighted tunnel that those in attendance can stroll through.
Included in the event, guests will have the opportunity to ride the Village’s wheelchair-accessible attractions, play miniature golf, and enjoy a scoop of ice cream at the brand-new Henri’s Starlite Scoops. And what would an evening in a winter wonderland be without a cup of hot cocoa? Santa Claus, and Village ambassadors, Mayor Clayton and Ms. Merry, will also greet those in attendance in a physically distanced way.
Give Kids the World Village has been granting wish vacations for critically-ill children and their families for 34 years as the organization that fulfills wishes for those who choose to visit Central Florida’s theme parks. Each child and their family receive a week-long vacation at no cost to them; all meals, transportation, tickets, entertainment, and accommodations are provided.
“Children with critical illnesses face countless appointments, treatments, and hospital stays, and they are often told ‘no’ due to the limitations of their illness. We feel privileged to give wish children and their families a week of ‘yes’ where they can forget their worries, experience joy, and spend priceless time together,” said Give Kids The World President and CEO Pamela Landwirth. “We look forward to sharing some holiday joy with the community while making it possible for future wish children to have their wishes fulfilled.”
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Give Kids the World Village closed in mid-March, and proceeds from this event will help pave the way for the Village to be ready to go when the opportunity to reopen to wish families is granted.

Tickets for the Night of a Million Lights Holiday Spectacular are $25 for adults and $15 for ages 3-17 and will be available beginning October 1st, 2020 on the Give Kids the World website.
