All aboard the Runnamuck Railroad! There’s been lots of activity over at Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway this week, the new ride coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Large construction cranes and a team of Disney Imagineers hung the huge neon sign on the Mann’s Chines Hollywood Theater building which makes it seem that an opening is not that very far away! Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway will roll into Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando on March 4th.
This will be the first Disney ride-through attraction featuring Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse that will draw guests inside a Mickey cartoon for a fun-filled adventure where “Mouse rules apply” and anything can happen. It’s based on a series of award winning short films starring the darling duo and friends.
The story line is definitely a fun one! The irrepressible pair are taking a leisurely drive to a picnic in their sporty roadster – with Engineer Goofy’s train following merrily along.
Plot twist—you get to go, too! Climb aboard a runaway railway and embark on a whirlwind ride through a world where the rules of physics don’t apply.
Prepare for unexpected twists, zany slapstick and mind-boggling transformations at every turn, as Mickey and Minnie try to save the day.
There’s no telling where this train is heading! This is definitely an adventure for Mickey and Minnie fans of all ages
