It’s official. The readers of Orlando Magazine have selected Gatorland, “The Alligator Capital of the World™,” as the Best Non-Theme Park Attraction in the publication’s Best of Orlando 2020 Reader Poll. Each year, thousands of Orlando Magazine readers vote on their favorites in a variety of categories, with results being revealed each August. For the last four years, Gatorland has placed among the top 3 finalists in the Best Non-Theme Park category, before taking top honors this year.
“We’re so excited that people in Central Florida have voted for us,” said Mark McHugh, President and CEO of Gatorland. “We feel the love, especially after re-opening our doors in May following the temporary closure we all experienced here in our local industry. On behalf of Gatorland, our entire team and our new Social Distancing Skunk Ape, we say thank you.”
