OrlandoAttractions.com Ticket Protection
Need to cancel your tickets or make an amendment? Then we have you covered with our Ticket Protection Policy. It covers you for cancelling at any time pre-departure, for any reason.
£25per booking
All this for just £25 per booking, and it covers all your tickets, except those listed under what's not covered below.
Ticket Protection can only be purchased at the time of booking.
What's included
- Full refund on non-activated / unused tickets - if cancelled prior to your travel date. For all tickets, activating is the physical use of the ticket at the park. Linking Disney tickets and making park reservations does not count as activating a ticket.
- Cancel at any time pre-departure - for any reason.
- Lost, stolen or damaged replacement - we'll replace them for you.
- Free amendments - change your booking with no amendment fees.
Need to cancel or make a change to your tickets?
If you need to cancel or make a change, there will be no cancellation or amendment fees, which in some cases can be up to 100% of the ticket price!
You'll get a refund within 30 working days of us receiving your cancelled tickets.
If you don't purchase Ticket Protection, our standard terms and conditions will apply.

- Disney Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
- Disney Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party
- Disney Jollywood Nights
- Disney H2O Glow Nights
- Disney Magic Kingdom After Hours
- Disney Hollywood Studios After Hours
- Disney EPCOT After Hours
- Orlando Magic Basketball tickets
- Orlando City Soccer tickets
- All Discovery Cove products if within 30 days of the date reserved
- Any previous credit that has been used against your booking cannot be claimed
Terms and Conditions for OrlandoAttractions.com Ticket Protection
- Ticket Protection can only be added to bookings at the time of purchase.
- Only available on unactivated / unused tickets cancelled prior to departure.
- Tickets must be returned to us before we can begin the process for issuing a refund.
- The Ticket Protection charge of £25 per booking is non-refundable.
Ticket Protection FAQs
How much does Ticket Protection cost?
Ticket Protection costs £25 per booking, and it covers all the tickets on that booking, except any tickets listed under "What is NOT covered by Ticket Protection". The £25 charge is non-refundable.
Can I add Ticket Protection after I've booked?
No. Ticket Protection can only be purchased at the time of booking.
Does linking my Disney tickets count as using them?
No. Activating a ticket means physically using it at the park. Linking Disney tickets to My Disney Experience and making park reservations does not count as activating them.
How long will my refund take?
You'll receive your refund within 30 working days of us receiving your cancelled tickets.
What happens if I don't take out Ticket Protection?
Our standard terms and conditions will apply, including the standard cancellation charges.
