Everything you need to know about how your Orlando tickets reach you, and what to do if your plans change. All our tickets are sent as e-tickets or e-vouchers by email, so there's nothing to wait for in the post and nothing to lose in transit.
OrlandoAttractions.com only issues e-tickets and e-vouchers. We stopped sending paper tickets because e-tickets are quicker, safer and better for the planet, and they help us keep our prices low.
Depending on the attraction, you'll receive one of two types of ticket by email. The product page tells you which one applies.
If you need to make a change, please contact our UK or USA office as soon as possible.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email. We're unable to accept cancellations by phone. Your cancellation takes effect on the date we issue your cancellation invoice.
Charges are a percentage of the total cost paid.
Taken out our Ticket Protection? If you added our Ticket Protection policy to your booking, its terms replace the standard cancellation charges below.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers your attraction tickets, in case you need to cancel for reasons outside your control.
If a supplier makes a significant change to, or cancels, your arrangements, you can either accept the change or choose comparable arrangements from us.
Once you've received your tickets, you're responsible for keeping them safe. The good news is that e-tickets can usually be re-sent or re-printed if they go missing. Just contact us and we'll help. In some cases we may be able to provide a copy that guest services can re-issue at the park.
All our tickets are sent by email as e-tickets or e-vouchers. We don't post paper tickets.
Within 7 working days of us receiving your order. Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday may not be processed until Monday. If you're travelling soon, call us before you book.
First check your junk or spam folder. If they're not there, and it's been more than 7 working days, call us on 0800 294 9458 (UK) or 352-243-1350 (USA) and we'll re-send them.
Most gate-ready e-tickets can be scanned from your phone, but we recommend printing a backup. E-vouchers need to be exchanged at the attraction, so check the instructions on your voucher.
Usually, yes, as long as you contact us at least 5 days before your trip starts. You'll just need to pay any price difference and any supplier charges. Some tickets can't be changed, and Disney tickets linked to My Disney Experience must be changed directly with Disney.
Email us in writing. We can't accept cancellations by phone. Cancellation charges depend on the ticket type and how close to your start date you cancel; see the table above.
If you added our Ticket Protection policy to your booking, its terms replace our standard cancellation charges.
Refunds depend on when the attraction refunds us, so timings vary. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Please put your complaint in writing to our UK or USA office. We aim to resolve complaints within 28 days. UK customers also have the benefit of the ABTA Code of Conduct and dispute resolution scheme.
