Welcome to the tropical island paradise of Discovery Cove. At the cove, you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of traditional attractions, setting your own pace and not being overwhelmed by crowds – the capacity is restricted to 1300 guests a day.

Among those you will see, however, are the dolphins, tropical fish and rays that populate the local waters. Go in for a swim, or enjoy the warmth of the sun from on the white sand beaches.

When you need a break in the shade, why not take in the colourful aviary, filled with exotic birds that you can watch and even hand feed.

There is also a crystal-clear tropical river that you can ride down, viewing the creatures and underwater landscapes as you go.

Dolphin Lagoon (Swim with Dolphins)

Of all of the activities on the property, the dolphin swim experience is perhaps the most popular. Your experience begins with a session in a secluded cabana where you will participate in an introduction to dolphins in general, in preparation for meeting them in the water.

One of our trainers will then take you to Dolphin Lagoon, where you and (up to seven) others in your group will enter the turquoise waters to meet these beautiful animals.

You will get to meet and play with a dolphin for a full thirty minutes, including hugs and kisses, rubdowns and a one-on-one swim together through the lagoon. It is truly amazing.

Grand Reef

The Grand Reef is a great place for families to discover all manner of interesting and delightful things along the water’s edge – and even below the surface. You can walk a bridge with sharks swimming in plain sight below, amid thousands of colourful fish and sleek rays.

You can swim alongside toothy reef sharks, with an invisible glass barrier protecting you from harm – thought the thrill of the experience is still fully intact! Talk about your thrilling experience as you see even more wonders along the paths and bridges, hidden grottos and other islands there are to explore.

Freshwater Oasis

Freshwater Oasis® features wading adventures and face-to-face encounters with playful aquatic mammals like otters and curious marmosets. You can wade into the water, experiencing their habitat from an immersive standpoint!

The rainforest canopy above and the sparkling-clear springs below will ensure that Freshwater Oasis® is a seamless and exciting addition to your experience.

Free-Flight Aviary

Take a break from the sun and sand with a shady walk past the stunning waterfall to the towering Free-Flight Aviaries. Hundreds of exotic birds live there, and there is never a lack of exciting views. Many of the birds will even eat right out of your hand!

Wind-Away River

Ride a tropical river as it winds through the dense rain forest, beneath cascading waterfalls, past sandy beaches and even through an underwater cave! A relaxing way to have fun – and a fun way to take a break.

Laguna Grill®

The all-inclusive package includes excellent dining at the Laguna Grill®. On offer is an expansive continental breakfast, a feast-worthy buffet lunch, and snacks all day long. There is never any pressure to rush, and you can eat as little or as much as you’d like.

With a wide variety of activities, SeaWorld is a great idea for the first full day of your vacation – stadium-style shows means there are tons to see without having to line up in the searing heat! Make sure you pick up a show schedule and take 10 minutes to plan your day proceeding clockwise (or counter-clockwise for you lefties) around the park – running from one side to the other will get old fast!

Aquatica Water Park:

Aquatica Orlando water park offers a combination of close-up animal encounters, flowing waters that range from the peaceful to the almost pulverising, high-speed thrills, and low-speed relaxation on expansive beaches. There is something for every guest or group in the almost sixty acres of lush landscape. You’ll feel like someone picked up a little bit of Australia, New Zealand and New Guinea and nestled them together just for you to enjoy.

Experience Cutback Cove & Big Surf Shores – giant, side-by-side wave pools offering your choice of gentle swells or big surf. You can even ride the Dolphin Plunge, which hurtles you through transparent underwater tunnels amid a pod of stunning black and white Commerson’s Dolphins. You’ve never see dolphins from a viewpoint like this, and you probably won’t see them like this again… but the memory will stick vivid in your head for the rest of your life – it is truly a magnificent experience.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay:

Busch Gardens® is a combination of animal encounters and a superb collection of white-knuckle thrill rides and caters to a whole variety of tastes and age groups. The park officially features 8 roller coasters and 2 water rides amongst other rides and animal attractions.

What’s New At Busch Gardens?

Iron Gwazi – It’s North America’s tallest hybrid coaster and the fastest and steepest hybrid coaster in the world.

This new look coaster takes thrills to new heights, plunging riders from a 206 foot-tall peak into a 91-degree drop and reaching top speeds of 76 miles per hour. Riders on Iron Gwazi will experience a dozen airtime moments, including three inversions, as they sink their teeth into crocodile-inspired thrills.

OrlandoAttractions.com now only operates using E-Tickets and Vouchers. This method is fast becoming the norm and are is very secure. We also believe as the parks introduce the use of more advanced technology that physical tickets will soon become a thing of the past and we want to take the leap in that direction. Here are some great reasons why this is the right time to make this change:

• E Tickets can easily be re-issued or re-printed if lost or misplaced. (Not so the cardboard ones when the dog’s eaten them, or they’ve been through the laundry!)
