Universal 2-Day Passes

Tickets are date based and require you to select a start date. There are 2 ticket options available with the full details of each below. All tickets are valid for 2 Days within 5 days of first date of use (inclusive). Unused admissions will be forfeited.

There are 2 options available:

2 park 2 day base ticket: Ticket will allow 2 days admission within a 5 day period to Universal Studios OR Islands of Adventure. Base ticket is one park per day only and does NOT allow travel on the Hogwarts Express.

2 park 2 day hopper ticket: Ticket will allow 2 days admission within a 5 day period to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Hopper ticket will allow you to move between both parks on the same day and allow travel on the Hogwarts Express.

The above Admission Media is non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal”). Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark, or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Here are some answers to the most asked questions. If you can't find the answer here then you are welcome to speak to our sales team.

Q: Will I receive real tickets or vouchers?

A: We will issue a voucher to be exchanged at Universal Guest Services.

Q: Can I use my Universal Park to Park Ticket to visit more than one Universal Park in a day?

A: If you have a base ticket then no park hopping is allowed. If you select a park to park ticket then you can visit both parks in the same day.

Q: Can I ride on the Hogwarts Express?

A: Yes. If you select a hopper ticket then the Hogwarts Express is included.

Q: Do the Universal Tickets include Express Pass?

A: No. Express Pass is only available directly from Universal. You can purchase this either in advance or at the park.

Q: Is parking included?

A: No. Parking is not included and is currently charged at $27 per day for cars.

Q: If I have to cancel my holiday, can I return my Universal tickets for a refund?

A: As long as the ticket is not damaged or defaced then we will take the ticket back and validate it has not been used. Once this process is complete then we will process a refund in accordance with our refund/cancellation policy.

Q: Can I access CityWalk with this ticket?

A: Yes. Citywalk access is included. There are certain events and attractions that incur an additional charge.

Q: Does the ticket expire?

A: Yes. The ticket will expire 5 days from the start date selected.

OrlandoAttractions.com now only operates using E-Tickets and Vouchers. This method is fast becoming the norm and are is very secure. We also believe as the parks introduce the use of more advanced technology that physical tickets will soon become a thing of the past and we want to take the leap in that direction. E Tickets are touchless - paper tickets have to be handled and packaged by our staff and handled again by a courier service - let’s stop that.

*Some e-tickets / vouchers require exchange. This currently includes Walt Disney World tickets which require exchange at Guest Relations at the first park you visit, Disney Springs, or any Disney resort hotel.
