Our Personalised My Disney Experience add on takes the hassle away from you for creating your account and park reservations.
The one set fee covers your whole party not per person.
Included in this additional extra is the creation of a My Disney Experience Account, park reservations for each day that your ticket is valid, and your guests set up.
Upon confirmation of your account being created and reservations secured we will pass the relevant account information back to you. For any future changes you would like to make before travel these would now be your responsibility.
We are only an initial set up service. My Disney Experience gives you the option to make other park reservations such as dining reservations – this is not included within this optional extra with us, but you are able to do this yourself at your own pleasure.
Whilst we will make every effort to secure the parks you have requested if these are unavailable when we try to book, we will get in touch with you at the contact details you provide during the checkout.
We ask that you provide us with all details requested at the booking stage. We will not get in touch for information that has not been provided.
Your My Disney Experience account will be set up using the details you provide when placing your order this includes your email, lead guest name, address and contact number. If you would like to use alternative details, you will need to notify us within the booking notes.
Upon completion of your requests, we will send you written email confirmation that this was successful and give you your account details to access the My Disney Experience site yourself.
Due to data protection requirements, you must upon receipt of your confirmation email, log in to your account via the link provided and immediately change your password.
We take no responsibility for your My Disney Experience account and reservations once you have received your confirmation email.
