Orlando Attractions Update – Thousands of excited guests descended upon Diagon Alley At Universal Orlando Resort on opening day making their way through the famous brick wall into the new themed area that has been the source of so much excitement and anticipation. It was all too much for some die hard fans who got positively teary eyed as they saw some iconic buildings from the Potter stories for the first time – there were indeed several weeping wizards who just couldn’t contain their emotions! There is to be fair lots to take in – and folks wasted no time in getting on line for the main ride, with wait times zooming up to 375 minutes at one point – expect 3 to 4 hours if you show up today! Video screens have been set up to entertain those online showing the NBC TV Special ‘The Making Of Diagon Alley” so by the time they get to the front of the queue there will be nothing they don’t know about this amazing new attraction!
